Objective:
Oversee and integrate the Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) to ensure seamless operations, recruitment, and a productive workplace aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws (e.g., Manpower Law No. 13/2003, BPJS).
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Drive training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development.
General Affairs Management:
- Supervise facility management, including office maintenance, security, and logistics.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services (e.g., cleaning, catering, transportation).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., SMK3 standards).
- Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, GA, and Legal roles, with 3+ years in a managerial position (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS/Ketenagakerjaan, and industrial relations.
