Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia (SEA), including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers across the region on recruitment requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, employee changes, and offboarding for Indonesia.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee changes.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR matters.
  • Support performance reviews, salary adjustments, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Indonesian labor requirements.
  • Support regional HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Experience in SEA or regional recruitment is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian employment practices and labor requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in technology, engineering, data center, or project-based industries is an advantage.
