The HR Director will lead and manage the overall Human Resources function for the construction company, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in HR Management Systems (HRMS), strategic planning, and hands-on operational execution to support a seamless, compliant, and high-performing organization across project sites and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and project objectives.
- Lead and optimize HR Management Systems (HRMS) for accurate data, reporting, and workforce management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with operations and project teams to support site-based workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and construction industry regulations.
- Drive talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Willing to work in Cikarang office.
- Must have experience in the building construction company.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or engineering industries.
- Strong HRMS knowledge with hands-on operational experience.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at operational level.
