Main Responsibilities
- Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for being the central point of contact for all HR matters within the Logistics Team
- As the Industrial Relations Manager responsible for overseeing compliance, formalities, union relations, and employee relations within the Indonesian and Singaporean regions, we play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of these critical aspects of our operations
- Introduce HR agenda and cycles and manage implementation
- Achieve high acceptance from the stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Higher education degree in Psychology and Law
- HR manager or HRBP position in an international manufacturing company minimum of 5 years with a minimum 300-500 headcount
- Been a champion in past cases of industrial relations
- Advanced language skills in English
- Project management
- Excellent analytical skill
- Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
- Have digitalization interest and exposure
