Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  1. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for being the central point of contact for all HR matters within the Logistics Team
  2. As the Industrial Relations Manager responsible for overseeing compliance, formalities, union relations, and employee relations within the Indonesian and Singaporean regions, we play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of these critical aspects of our operations
  3. Introduce HR agenda and cycles and manage implementation
  4. Achieve high acceptance from the stakeholders

Job Requirements

  1. Higher education degree in Psychology and Law
  2. HR manager or HRBP position in an international manufacturing company minimum of 5 years with a minimum 300-500 headcount
  3. Been a champion in past cases of industrial relations
  4. Advanced language skills in English
  5. Project management
  6. Excellent analytical skill
  7. Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
  8. Have digitalization interest and exposure

Placement

Willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau
