To align the HR agenda with Supply Chain business goals.
Building a competitive organization Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies
To maintain Supply Chain HC database and develop the most effective report tracking the current progress with HC numbers vs organization design.
To support HR learning to identify training needs and workforce development to meet an organization's goals.
Providing hands-on input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management in coordination with internal HR Center of Expertise & Operations.
Strategic business partner to enhance productivity and highly motivated employees.
To recognize leaders and promote employee development to help create and maintain a strong leadership/talent.
Act as the point of contact and interface of organization and talents.
Working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and departments/businesses both in country and at regional level.
Handle hiring benefits to compliance and employee engagement.
Continuous improvement on engagement strategy and process.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
To analyze trends and metrics on SC data base in partnership with internal HR to provide HR guidance to stakeholders whenever appropriate.
To lead and coordinate HR related audit agenda happened in both Mills
Requirements:
University degree in any major (an advantage if you are strong in Psychology, Human Resource Management, etc).
Min. 3-5 years of solid experience and hands on in Talent Acquisition and managing end-to-end people matters.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Willing to be placed in Karawang.
Willing to undergo 12 months contract of employment.
