Job Description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing employee relations and effectively addressing workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive environment.
  • Providing guidance and support on performance management, employee development, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Ensuring full compliance with local labour laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with department heads to identify workforce needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
  • Handling HR administrative operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  • Monitoring and analysing HR metrics to enhance operational efficiency, workforce planning, and overall employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in endtoend HR management; experience in driving HR improvement or transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling confidential information.
