Job Description

  • Assist in managing employee data and HR administrative documents, including maintaining and updating records in Talenta.
  • Prepare and monitor employee contracts and handle official correspondence for employee needs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with universities for campus hiring activities.
  • Provide general administrative support for the People Operations team.
  • Manage clinic employee administration, including attendance recaps.
  • Handle registration and deactivation of employee accounts for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any related field.
  • Interested in Human Resources / People Operations.
  • Have experience in data management or handling HR data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
