We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Admin to support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth documentation, administration, and employee support. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and update employee data, documents, and HR filing systems.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding administration (documents, ID cards, equipment checklist, orientation schedule).
- Maintain attendance records, leave requests, and timesheet accuracy.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, warning letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, claims, and employee benefit administration.
- Assist in recruitment administration (interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, documentation).
- Prepare HR reports, employee lists, and administrative summaries.
- Support employee engagement activities, training logistics, and internal events.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience handling attendance systems or HRIS is a plus.
- Able to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
