Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and manage employee requests through the HR ticketing system: Letter Non-Salary Request and ensure timely resolution of HR-related queries, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Managing employee data for the onboarding and offboarding process (Prepare and issue employment-related letters, such as employee reference letters, and other needed letters).
  • Managing expenses in the NetSuite system for HR.
  • Support in the event of HR projects, events, and learning activities.
  • Ensure HR administration processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any background, but preferably from Administration, secretarial, management, or a related field is required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
