Job Description

Job purpose:

You will be responsible for providing centralized HR and administrative support to multiple countries within the region.

This role supports recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, HR operations, and office administration, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service efficiency across supported countries, while adhering to local labour regulations

Responsibilities

  • Provide endtoend HR operational support to assigned countries under the shared services model
  • Support recruitment coordination including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across supported countries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
  • Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases for multiple entities.
  • Ensure HR processes are standardised and aligned with regional HR guidelines, while complying with local labor laws
  • Provide administrative support for the Indonesia office and assigned countries where applicable
  • Coordinate office administration matters such as vendors, supplies, facilities, and company assets
  • Support travel arrangements, meetings, and internal coordination when required
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records

Requirements and skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a shared services or regional role
  • Good understanding of Indonesia labour laws; exposure to other SEA markets is an advantage
  • Experience supporting recruitment and HR operations across multiple stakeholders or entities.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Able to work independently in a processdriven, serviceoriented environment
