Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping team activities
- Conduct routine inspections of villa units to ensure cleanliness and tidiness standards are met
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
- Lead daily briefings to provide direction, updates, and motivation to the team
- Ensure the availability and efficient use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide training and conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness in a prompt and professional manner
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to villa conditions and operational needs
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth property operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or equivalent role
- Own a personal vehicle and willing to work in a mobile setting (moving between properties)
- Good understanding of cleanliness standards and proper cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and the correct use of cleaning materials
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
