Louis Kienne Hotel Cikarang is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The Hotel Manager will lead operational departments, manage financial performance, drive revenue growth, and maintain high service standards across all hotel functions including Front Office and Food & Beverage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance across departments
- Lead, supervise, and develop hotel staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback or operational challenges effectively
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the hotel
- Implement sales and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Supervise front office operations including seamless check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and hospitality best practices
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and front office management
- Experience in budgeting, financial control, and operational planning
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and revenue management to maximize occupancy
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
