About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager to join Jumeirah Bali. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and take proactive steps to address feedback.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience with at least 3 years in a senior operational role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Financial acumen and strong understanding of hotel operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
