  • Plan, manage, and control hotel budgets, pricing, revenues, expenses, cost efficiency, and investment proposals
  • Monitor and report operational and financial performance, including monthly reporting to Head Office
  • Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, policies, service standards, and regulatory compliance through internal and external audits
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate Department Heads and Assistant Managers on staffing, scheduling, and workflow
  • Lead manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and staff development
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Management Company and Hotel Owners

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry at a managerial level
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager
  • Excellent English skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with hotel operating systems; strong planning and project management skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and strong leadership with a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic hospitality environment
