Host Livestream

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training for livestreamers on hosting techniques, live operation, and best practices for TikTok and other live platforms.
• Deliver seminars and workshops that cover live operation strategy, presentation skills, and audience engagement methods.
• Educate participants with professionalism, enthusiasm, and consistent energy.
• Share product knowledge, demonstrate effective live selling techniques, and guide livestreamers to improve their performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and operations) to ensure training materials align with brand objectives.
• Monitor trainees progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in live streaming and integrate them into training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitatorpreferably in livestreaming, hosting, vlogging, MC, sales, or similar roles.
• Strong public speaking skills and confident stage/on-camera presence.
• Familiar with TikTok live operation, livestream hosting techniques, and audience interaction strategies.
• Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate trainees in both small and large group settings.
• Comfortable with sales-oriented training and promotional content.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Based in or willing to work from Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
