Role Description

The Partner Development Consultant is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that expand the reach and impact of training programs. This role supports enrollment and revenue growth through strategic partner collaboration, while enabling partner success and ensuring sustainable cooperation with schools, universities, corporations, communities, and government institutions. The Partner Development Consultant also contributes to innovation in program delivery by creating collaborative opportunities that strengthen the institutions market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development - Establish and manage collaborations with academic institutions, corporations, communities, and government entities to broaden market opportunities for training programs.
  • Support Enrollment & Revenue Growth - Work closely with partners to create initiatives that drive participant enrollment and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Joint Marketing Planning - Design and implement co-marketing initiatives with partners (events, webinars, workshops, promotional bundles) to increase brand awareness and program reach.
  • Business Negotiation & Proposal Management - Prepare proposals, conduct business negotiations, and secure agreements (MoU/partnership contracts) that support growth objectives.
  • Partner Performance Monitoring - Track and evaluate partner contributions to enrollment,analyze ROI of partnerships, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in partnership development, business development, or training/education sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, learning technologies, or Microsoft solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for education, digital transformation, and enabling growth through collaboration.
