Live Host is responsible for hosting live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms and social media with the goal of increasing sales and brand awareness. This role serves as the face of the brand during live sessions by delivering product information in an engaging, clear, and persuasive manner, while actively building interaction with the audience.
The Live Host is expected to create a communicative and engaging live atmosphere, respond to audience questions, explain product details and promotions, and guide viewers toward making purchases. Additionally, the Live Host will collaborate with the team by following provided concepts, scripts, and targets, as well as delivering brief feedback or reports after each live session.
Responsibilities :- Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms and social media (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, Instagram Live).
- Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive way.
- Explain product details, pricing, promotions, and purchasing procedures during live sessions.
- Actively interact with the audience through comments and questions.
- Maintain an energetic, communicative, and engaging live atmosphere.
- Follow content direction, scripts, and briefs provided by the team.
- Drive sales performance and increase brand awareness through live streaming.
- Submit brief post-live reports (issues, insights, performance).
Qualifications :- Minimum education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Confident appearing in front of the camera.
- Communicative, expressive, and possesses good public speaking skills.
- Able to explain products clearly and convincingly.
- Has a positive attitude, is disciplined, and responsible.
- Willing to follow assigned live streaming schedules.
- Experience as a live host or online sales is a plus.
