About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and engaging Live Host Streaming Specialist to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting and managing live streaming events that promote our brand and products, creating an engaging and interactive experience for viewers. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality live stream content across various platforms, ensuring a seamless, professional, and entertaining experience. This role is perfect for someone with a natural presence and the ability to connect with an online audience
Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming events and product promotions on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Engage with viewers during live streams, answer questions, and encourage interaction to maintain a high level of engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live streaming strategies that align with company goals.
- Create and deliver scripted and spontaneous content in a clear, confident, and entertaining manner.
- Work with the production team to ensure all technical aspects of the live stream (audio, video, lighting) are functioning correctly.
- Promote upcoming live stream events on various platforms to build anticipation and maximize viewer participation.
- Track live stream performance and provide insights on how to improve future events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live host, content creator, or in a similar role, preferably in live streaming or broadcasting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with an audience in real-time.
- Comfortable with live streaming platforms and technology, with basic knowledge of video production equipment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt content during live events.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior in live streaming contexts.
