Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Jakarta for a Host Live Streaming. The role includes conducting live streaming sessions on various marketplace platforms to promote and demonstrate beauty products. The host is expected to actively engage with the audience, respond to questions in real time, and provide clear and polite product information. In addition to hosting, the responsibilities include preparing rundowns, developing creative concepts for live sessions, and collaborating with the team to plan and execute engaging content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals. The role also involves driving product sales during live streams, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to overall sales growth through live streaming activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Experience with or knowledge of Open Broadcaster Software (OBS)
• Experience in marketplace operations
• Able to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Willing to work night shifts/rotating shifts (no jumping)
• Willing to work on weekends
