Role Description

This is an internship role for a Host Live Freelance position located on-site in West Jakarta. Responsibilities include hosting live streaming sessions to represent napocut's brand professionally and engagingly. The role involves presenting products, interacting with an online audience, responding to inquiries, and contributing to customer engagement strategies. The Host Live Freelance will also provide assistance in supporting sales and building brand awareness through live content delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with the audience and address inquiries effectively.
• Experience or familiarity with Sales and promoting products through live streaming or in-person interactions.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Food & Beverage to support relevant content, if needed.
• Training or prior experience in hosting and presenting is a plus.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to represent the brand authentically.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Ability to work during live-streaming schedules and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
