Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gianyar or Sanur for a Host. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, maintaining a tidy and organized front desk, ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience, and managing inquiries and complaints. The Host will also assist in coordinating with the wait staff and kitchen to provide seamless service delivery.

• Experience in Food & Beverage and Sales
• Training skills to assist new team members
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
