We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – SCM (Supply Chain Management)
Location: Askara Corporate Office (Bekasi – Purwakarta)

At Askara, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on SCM professional who is ready to be a key pillar of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage warehouse operations & material control logistics
*Oversee PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
*Handle customer delivery & supplier delivery coordination
*Manage supplier quality issues & customer quality concerns
*Monitor and improve Warehouse ITO (Inventory Turnover)
*Lead fleet management operations
*Ensure strong execution of SCM system & process control
*Support daily operations with fast decision-making and problem-solving
Requirements:
*Open to Men & Women candidates
*Willing to travel regularly (Bekasi ↔ Purwakarta)
*Strong experience in Supply Chain / Warehouse / Logistics
*Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas) & PowerPoint
*Fast, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
*Strong understanding of system processes & operational flow
*Ability to work under pressure and lead operational
improvements
