Job Description
- Manage sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships for body and chassis components
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components that meet technical specifications, cost targets, and regulatory standards
- Support purchasing activities within project integration by executing established PSC processes for manufacturing
- Oversee component procurement in line with PSC requirements, ensuring alignment with Quality, Service, Cost, and Technology (QSCT) objectives
- Drive end-to-end supplier management, including sourcing strategy development and cost control initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Ensure product quality, compliance, and adherence to relevant standards and regulations
- Optimize supply chain performance while leveraging technical knowledge and fostering innovation
- Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives within the sourcing and procurement scope
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives
