Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Healthcare Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Healthcare Specialist will provide medical support, administer emergency medical care, and deliver training to staff and clients. The role requires effective communication to collaborate with individuals and teams, as well as adapting to various scenarios in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMT and Medicine to provide prompt emergency care and medical assessments
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members effectively
• Proficiency in conducting Training sessions to educate staff or clients on healthcare practices
• Solid understanding of general Healthcare practices and standards
• Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare-related fields
• Ability to work in an on-site healthcare setting and respond promptly to medical situations
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration is a plus
