Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist, located in Depok. The Healthcare Specialist will manage medical assessments, provide emergency care, and support health-related practices within the organization. Key responsibilities include evaluating healthcare needs, training employees on health protocols, communicating health policies, and ensuring medical compliance within workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Healthcare, Medicine, and EMT practices
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing Training on health or safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively and address workplace health needs
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications or emergency medical training are a plus
