Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Jakarta. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing expert healthcare advice and support, conducting medical evaluations, training staff on healthcare protocols, and ensuring compliance with medical and safety standards. The role involves direct communication with teams and clients, advocating for effective healthcare strategies, and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Medicine practices
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse groups
• Experience in Training and educating staff on healthcare procedures
• Deep understanding of Healthcare systems and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field is preferred
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
