The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Medical Representative to be the face of Remedazo within the medical community in Bali, Indonesia. Unlike traditional pharmaceutical sales, this role focuses on building strategic partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to facilitate seamless patient journeys. You will act as a bridge between specialized medical care and the patients who need it most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Doctor & Hospital Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading physicians, Surgeons, and Hospital Administrators to promote Remedazo's specialised patient care packages in Bali.
  • Strategic Networking: Identify and onboard new clinical partners and diagnostic centres to expand our service network in Bali.
  • Patient Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for clinical referrals, ensuring the Remedazo All-Inclusive value proposition is clearly communicated to stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Track healthcare trends, competitor service offerings, and pricing in the medical tourism and local surgery sectors.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Remedazo at medical conferences, CMEs, and healthcare seminars in Mauritius to highlight our 7-year track record and JCI-quality standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of doctor interactions and referral pipelines using our internal reporting manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Management is preferred
  • Experience: Proven track record in Medical Representation, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Hospital Marketing is preferred.
  • Skills: * Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling ability in Eneglish and Indonesian Language
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology (Oncology/Haematology knowledge is a massive plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Empathy and a patient-centric mindset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel locally within Bali and occasionally to other medical hubs in nearby countries and India.
