Health Safety Environment Engineer

How can you support us Here are below your responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the status of Company HSE Documents in accordance with Corporate Document Management System and applicable HSE Policies, Standards and Legislation.
• Support the qualification and assessment during the Subcontractors/ Vendors selection process in compliance with the HSE Requirements for Subcontractor/ Vendor.
• Support the bidding and tendering process on the HSE aspect.
• Support the HSE Training, HSE Awareness Initiatives and Campaign implementation
• Conduct and update the relevant HSE risk assessments.
• Participate in/ conduct HSE audits and inspection programs.
• Perform HSE statistic analysis and reports.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in HSE or Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HSE Engineer within the oil & gas industry, preferably with a solid EPC project background.
• National or international HSE certifications are mandatory (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, SMK3, OSHA).
• Based in Jakarta or the Jabodetabek area to ensure stability and avoid future family-related constraints.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Proven capability in implementing HSE programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated competency in risk management, incident investigation, and HSE performance reporting.
