Health Safety and Environment Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Certified General K3 (Kemnaker certification) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and occupational safety standards.
• Familiar with HSE management systems and ISO standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong leadership, risk analysis, and communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in the workplace.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control in operational and production areas.
• Lead regular safety inspections and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct incident and accident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and safety awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ISO standards, and company safety policies.
