Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Headmaster & Instructor to lead and teach at our Japanese Language & Training Center. This role combines leadership, academic management, and direct teaching responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of education, maintaining discipline, and guiding both instructors and students toward achieving excellence in Japanese language and cultural training.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Japanese Language, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Headmaster, Academic Coordinator, or Senior Instructor in a language or training institution.
• Strong proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2, preferably N1).
• Certified by BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) mandatory.
• Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Leadership qualities with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic training environment.
• Passionate about education, discipline, and cultural exchange.
