What You Will Experience:
- Review concept of Operational Security in Mill
- Liaise closely with Mill Leadership regarding design of security, health and safety systems
- Provide security, health and safety advices
- Lead Security, health and safety meeting update with management
- Developed a series of security, health and safety standards as guidelines to be followed by the Mill design team
- Continuously review and research new technologies and systems that can provide security solutions
- Monitoring Group-wide security incident frequency as well as crisis management and contingency planning
- Conduct and monitor annual internal security and safety audits across all Mill
- Overseeing the development and implementation of security, health and safety programs.
- Managing and developing the security, health and safety team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their professional growth
What is Required:
- Min Bachelor degree
- Experience around 10 years in related role
- Good Communication in English
- Have a good knowledge in Security Management & Integrated System
- Have a good knowledge in Security Regulations- Security Risks Assessment- Security Analysis, Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluation
- Strong knowledge of forestry operations, equipment, and hazards.
- Able to overseeing Health, Safety and Security
- Have certification regarding health and safety
- Thorough understanding of relevant Security and OHS legislation, regulations and industry best practices
- Strong knowledge in geographical knowledge, especially Sumatra and Kalimantan
- Willing to be placed in Serpong
- Willing to do business travel to remote area
