We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Site Development to drive our business expansion strategy. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing new site opportunities while ensuring alignment with the company's long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop expansion strategies and establish the annual site development plan (number, locations, and priorities) in line with the company's business targets.
- Conduct regular market research and analyze demographics, traffic, competitors, and consumer trends to identify potential locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations & Project) to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of new site openings from permits, contracts, and payments to fit-out/renovation and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Developers, and other external partners, while representing the company in high-level negotiations.
- Lead and develop the Site Development team by setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations.
- Prepare reports on the site development pipeline and analyze the performance of existing locations to support future expansion decisions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in management, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
- 710 years of proven experience as Head of Site Development/Expansion.
- Strong network with Landlords, Property Developers, and other key external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of property law, leasing agreements, and government regulations related to permits.
- Excellent negotiation, business analysis, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
