Head of Sales to lead their sales organization and accelerate revenue growth across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and implement the companys sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from demand generation and pipeline management to deal closure and post-sale customer experience.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and developing future leaders.
- Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline reporting to executive leadership.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and customer outcomes.
- Lead pricing negotiations, strategic deals, and contract discussions to maximize value and profitability.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and industry shifts to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership or head-level roles.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and hitting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams and developing sales leaders.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
