Position Overview:
You will spearhead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships. You will lead a dynamic team, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market trends, guiding the sales team towards capitalizing on them effectively.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise customized strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Analysis and Insight:
- Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer segmentation, to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
- At least 2 years experience responsible for a team sales target/revenue.
- Candidates from SaaS, Fintech, and other high growth unicorns preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on inspiring and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
