Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across AI solutions, application solutions, managed services, and project-based engagements.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand client pain points, and support the company's expansion into relevant sectors.
3. Manage the entire sales process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and monitoring of sales performance.
4. Lead and mentor the sales team, including KPI setting, coaching, and performance evaluation.
5. Guide the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial documentation together with Finance teams.
6. Oversee contract negotiation ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key technology partners, and stakeholders.
8. Support the team in closing complex, high-value deals and resolve escalated client issues when needed.
9. Collaborate closely with operations, project teams, recruitment, and finance to ensure solution readiness and quality delivery.
10. Present regular updates to management regarding sales performance, pipeline health, competitive insights, and business risks.
11. Ensure effective use of CRM tools for opportunity tracking, sales cycle visibility, and team performance monitoring.
Job Specification
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Informatics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 710 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-level sales position.
3. Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and contract lifecycle.
4. Strong knowledge of AI solutions, application development, digital platforms, and managed service offerings.
5. Proven experience handling end-to-end sales without support from dedicated pre-sales or business development teams.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a result-oriented mindset.
8. Established business network within IT/Telecommunications is a strong advantage.
9. High integrity, professional work ethic, and strong client management capability.
10. Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
