We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations in our growing team!
What You'll Do
Sales Process & Operations Leadership
- Own and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to maximize efficiency and compliance
- Ensure alignment between Sales, Finance, and Middle Office functions
- Implement scalable sales operations frameworks to support rapid team growth
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership
- Provide actionable insights to improve pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance
- Monitor performance metrics across teams and channels to identify gaps and opportunities
Sales Enablement & Governance
- Standardize workflows, approvals, and documentation across the sales function
- Partner with Sales leadership to define territories, quotas, and incentive frameworks
- Ensure smooth coordination between Middle Office, Sales, and external partners
Vendor & System Management
- Oversee vendor relationships related to sales systems, CRM tools, and enablement platforms
- Evaluate, implement, and manage technology solutions to enhance sales productivity
- Ensure data integrity and system efficiency across the sales lifecycle
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Sales Operations professionals and coordinators
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, process discipline, and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and mentorship to develop talent within the Middle Office
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Sales Operations, Middle Office, or Revenue Operations, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales operations for high-growth teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
