Role Description

The Head of Sales Department is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta. This role involves leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating effective sales plans, overseeing account management strategies, and ensuring consistent team performance. Collaboration with internal departments will be a key focus to align sales objectives with company goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Proven experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Team Management, with a focus on motivation, coaching, and achieving team goals
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, performance metrics, and sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the outside catering or hospitality industry is a MUST!
  • A minimum of Assistant Director of Sales in previous job and responsible leading a team is a big requirement and non-negotiable. Those who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
