Role Description

This is a full-time Head of Sales (B2C) role, based on-site in Ciputat. The Head of Sales will oversee and develop sales strategies, manage the performance of the sales team, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, analyzing market trends, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role will require collaboration across various teams to foster business growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must have Solid Experience in B2C (Business to Customer (end-user))
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management expertise with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional Team Management and Account Management skills to lead and support a dynamic sales team.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the B2C market.
  • Effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and capability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the skincare, wellness, or retail sector is a plus.
