What You Will Experience:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Away From Home (AFH) Channel
• Drive sales growth and expand market share across key AFH segments, including Horeca, offices, healthcare, education, commercial buildings, industrial customers etc
• Plan sales strategies and forecast sales volume to contribute revenue
• Review store/customer performance in their area and develop strategies to improve sales volume
• Create an market opportunity analysis to improve EBITDA
• Set and maintain budget usage within region
• Review and control the implementation of sales target in each regional, trade program, promotion and product availabilities within their area
• Build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation and expansion
• Monitor distributor on-time payment and their outstanding
• Analyze market needs and work to open new sales opportunities
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
• Build and maintain strong partnership with distributor/customer to help close largest deals

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales/Commercial, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role
• Strong experience in the Away From Home (AFH) channel, preferably in the FMCG, personal care or related industry
• Proven track record in sales strategy, distributor management and business development
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to travel frequently
