Responsibilities
This role leads the revenue engine of our MCN/affiliate marketing business. The Head of Sales & BD is responsible for developing commercial strategies, securing partnerships, and scaling revenue streams.
- Develop sales and BD strategies to maximize revenue across creators, brands, and e-commerce platforms.
- Secure partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and platforms.
- Negotiate high-value deals and commission structures.
- Build, mentor, and scale the sales/BD and Strategist team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales/business development, ideally in MCN, digital media, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong network with brands, agencies, and platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Proven record in revenue growth and deal-making.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in MCN/affiliate companies will be a strong plus.
