Job Description

Responsibilities

This role leads the revenue engine of our MCN/affiliate marketing business. The Head of Sales & BD is responsible for developing commercial strategies, securing partnerships, and scaling revenue streams.

  • Develop sales and BD strategies to maximize revenue across creators, brands, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Secure partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and platforms.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and commission structures.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the sales/BD and Strategist team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales/business development, ideally in MCN, digital media, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong network with brands, agencies, and platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
  • Proven record in revenue growth and deal-making.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in MCN/affiliate companies will be a strong plus.
