Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Production located in Cirebon. The individual in this position will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficient planning, management, and execution of manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include creating and managing production schedules, overseeing operations to maintain quality and efficiency, managing teams to ensure optimal performance, and allocating resources effectively. Budget management and adherence to cost-efficiency are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.
• Strong capabilities in Operations Management to oversee processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in Team Management, fostering collaboration, and providing leadership to production staff.
• Skills in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective production processes.
• Additional qualifications such as experience in the manufacturing or furniture industry are a plus.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Production Management, Operations, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
