Job Description
About the role
Head of Product to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery across a defined product family. This leadership role will work closely with business, engineering, and design teams to create high-impact products that support growth, conversion, customer needs, and company objectives.
You'll be working on:
- Own product strategy, planning, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
- Lead product initiatives that drive business growth and measurable results.
- Use product data, research, business impact, and ROI analysis to guide decisions.
- Lead Scrum teams and translate requirements into PRDs, epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner with engineering teams on backend, integration, and architectural considerations.
- Lead customer research, persona development, user journeys, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strengthen collaboration and delivery alignment across product, technology, design, and business teams.
- Coach and develop product leaders and junior team members.
- Establish effective product processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Promote product excellence, innovation, design thinking, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7 to 15 years of experience in product management.
- Demonstrated success in product strategy and delivery.
- Strong people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of financial services products and relevant industry trends.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer-centric product development, innovation, and design thinking.
