About the Role

As the Head of Product, you will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Bukalapak's Mitra business, covering both Virtual Products and Financial Services. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product development, ensuring strong alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technology capabilities. This role requires a strategic product leader who can translate market opportunities into scalable solutions, build and mentor high-performing product teams, and collaborate closely with engineering, business, and operations to deliver impactful products that accelerate growth and strengthen Bukalapak's Mitra ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Mitra business, covering Virtual Products and Financial Services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term business growth.
  • Define product vision, priorities, and strategic initiatives by balancing customer needs, market opportunities, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Own product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-impact product initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Business, Operations, Design, and Growth teams to drive seamless product development and successful go-to-market execution.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, operational challenges, and partner feedback into scalable product solutions that improve user experience and business performance.
  • Drive data-informed product decisions by leveraging analytics, experimentation, customer research, and performance metrics to optimize adoption, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Define and monitor product success metrics, ensuring continuous evaluation and optimization of product performance against business objectives.
  • Build strong alignment with senior leadership and key stakeholders by effectively communicating product strategy, roadmap, progress, and investment priorities.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Product Managers while fostering a collaborative, customer-centric, and high-performance product organization.
  • Continuously identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive opportunities to strengthen Bukalapak's product leadership and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, including leadership experience managing cross-functional product teams within SaaS, FinTech, digital marketplace, or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and commercial impact.
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, OKR management, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics, A/B testing, customer research, and data-driven experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, and iterative product delivery.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate product investments, revenue opportunities, and business impact.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused, with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution in a fast-paced environment.
