About the Role
PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Product to lead the strategy, development, and continuous innovation of our digital product portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping customer-centric digital payment solutions, driving product excellence, and delivering innovative products that create business value while supporting Indonesia's evolving digital payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, market validation, development, launch, enhancement, and product performance optimization.
- Identify market opportunities by analyzing customer needs, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, technology, business, operations, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused digital products.
- Drive the development of digital payment solutions, including mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, and other digital services that strengthen the payment ecosystem.
- Ensure product quality, governance, and operational excellence by establishing product standards, overseeing testing processes, and monitoring product performance.
- Develop strategic partnerships with banks, fintech companies, technology partners, and other ecosystem players to accelerate product innovation and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams while managing resources, budgets, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Innovation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing digital products within the banking, payment systems, fintech, financial services, or technology industry.
- Strong experience managing digital products such as mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, open banking, digital payments, or financial technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of product management frameworks, Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and customer-centric product development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia's digital payment ecosystem, including payment infrastructure, switching, QRIS, APIs, and digital financial services, is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership capability with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external partners.
