Job Description

As a Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid growth strategies to drive qualified leads and measurable business results across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Founder to align paid growth strategy with business objectives, while collaborating with the Marketing Head for execution alignment and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and digital behavior.
• Minimum 3+ year experience in performance marketing / paid growth / digital advertising.
• Exceptionally strong data analysis skills, able to interpret metrics, identify patterns, and translate data into actionable strategy.
• Proven ability to manage paid campaigns with clear business KPIs.
• Ability to lead, direct, and coordinate teams or contractors.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, remote, and fast-changing environment, including collaboration with international stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
