About The Role

As Head of People, you will lead the strategy and execution of our people agenda as we scale. This role ensures we build the right organization, leadership capability, and culture to sustain high performance while delivering meaningful employee experiences.

You will work closely with founders and business leaders to shape organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and HR operations, ensuring our people's systems grow as fast as our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Strategy & Organization Design: Develop and execute Tentang Anak's long-term people strategy aligned with business growth, including organizational design, talent density, workforce planning, and scalable structures.
  • High-Performance Culture: Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement through performance management frameworks and leadership capability building.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Lead talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across functions and strengthen Tentang Anak's employer brand in competitive talent markets.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Build leadership pipelines and succession plans while establishing clear career pathways and learning programs to support employee growth.
  • HR Operations & Compliance Excellence: Ensure HR operations, policies, systems, and compliance processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualification

  • 10+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, within high-growth consumer businesses.
  • Strong hands-on capability in recruitment, employee branding, rewards, learning-development, and performance management.
  • Able to balance empathy with business judgment, caring about people while prioritizing performance and company outcomes.
  • You are data-driven, using people's analytics to guide strategic decisions and organizational improvements.
  • You possess a strong understanding of labor regulations and HR compliance practice
