We're Hiring: Head of People Experience Excellence
Teleperformance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader for the role of Head of People Experience Excellence. This role will oversee the end to end employee experience and people strategy for a large, multi site workforce across Jakarta, Jogja, Solo, and Bali. The primary focus is to enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, wellness initiatives, performance management, and industrial relations, ensuring a positive and consistent employee journey aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the overall employee experience across all sites
- Design and run engagement & wellness programs, especially for Gen Z employees
- Drive performance management, organization design, and talent development
- Handle industrial relations and labor cases, ensuring compliance and smooth resolution
- Support multi-site operations and ensure strong coordination across locations
- Strengthen company culture and EVP, including employee surveys (e.g., GPTW)
- Use data and insights to improve employee engagement and retention
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in high volume, multi site environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in organization design and performance management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and governance
- Experience in designing wellness, engagement, and culture programs, particularly for a Gen Z workforce
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage people analytics for decision-making
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
- Understanding of multi-site workforce management and talent mobility, ideally within MLH or similar operations
