Head of Operations

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denpasar for the Head of Operations. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiency, and managing budgets. The Head of Operations will lead and mentor teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments, monitor performance metrics, and foster continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with quality standards to maintain customer satisfaction and supporting the company's growth and market-share expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management, driving efficiency and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Proven ability to use Analytical Skills for process optimization and decision-making
• Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead and develop teams effectively
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Budgeting, including financial planning and cost management
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments
• Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
