Job Description

  • Lead and execute aftersales operations, including field services, workshop activities, service programs, and operational initiatives for the assigned territory, while supporting broader regional objectives.
  • Oversee operational planning and execution such as preparation of technical proposals, contract administration, operational forecasting, revenue/casing monitoring, and customer site visits.
  • Manage endtoend operational processes to ensure efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, contract performance, and continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Define and monitor operational targets for the region and relevant product ranges, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Lead and develop the regional operations team, including staff selection, competency development, and strategic resource planning.
  • Negotiate and manage long-term contracts, framework agreements, and service agreements, with active involvement in technical and commercial terms & conditions related to service execution.
  • Serve as the key coordination point between customers/agents and internal headquarters teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions, service planning, and operational execution.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical background.
  • Strong operational or commercialtechnical background; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Deep technical and operational understanding of turbomachinery and heavy industrial equipment.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operations, field services, service delivery, or technical management within heavy equipment manufacturing or turbomachinery industries.
  • Proven experience managing complex service or operational programs in a regional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet operational KPIs, manage contracts, and oversee technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
